I have faced many problems during my report and presentation prep ration and I am really to encourage writing a special article on LaTeX so that it is helpful to all my dear friends. We know that the thesis, reporting writing and presentation report was made on Microsoft word i.e. these reports and presentation is seems to be common and it doesn’t impact on good impact. Since the equation, bibliography, table, figure but last but not least is configuration and formatting is not easy in Microsoft but LaTeX is really a tool for all solution of any types of report writing’s it is a really good platform for all type of reports journey.

Here I will provide full solution i.e. from installation to make the report and presentation with codes. I am dividing this report into seven sections.

First Section: Installation-à There is two type of installation basic installation; here we require a SumatraPCF-0.9.4-install and TXCSetup_1StableRC1.This installation is not supported all type of file because this is not including all type of packages.

Second option is Full type of installation here all type of packages includes but this installation require some knowledge about software. Our PC should have Adobe because we will require a path for PCF execution C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\ReaCer\AcroRC32.exe.

Curing installation we require execution path i.e. C: \Program Files\MiKTeX 2.7\miktex\bin\LaTeX.exe

After full installation we will require gs863w32.xe file and the most important for PS to PCF because after installation we have Default out put into three form like LaTeX to CVI, LaTeX to PCF, LaTeX to PS but we have require LaTeX => PS =>PCF.

For this Conversion we will follow this path. First click Alt+F7 open a tab of profile set following path:

Note: For Post script to PCF file our pc also has GIMP2 software they convert figure into.eps file.
